Brigade Group signs deal for ₹850 crore premium housing project

Bengaluru-based property developer scales up its footprint in Telangana’s high-growth corridor with a new premium housing development, as part of a wider multi-billion-rupee investment plan across the region over the next four years.

Indian real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement to build a premium residential project in Hyderabad with an estimated revenue potential of 850 crore.

The project, spanning a 5.6-acre land parcel in the Kompally area of North Hyderabad, forms part of a wider strategic push by the Bengaluru-based builder to invest about ₹500 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail sectors in Hyderabad over the next three to four years.

“Hyderabad is a vital growth market for Brigade, and our commitment to expanding our footprint is evident in the consistency of our new projects in the region,” Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said in a statement.

“The city’s robust economic momentum, driven by thriving technology and infrastructure sectors, makes it an ideal market for us. As we further scale our operations, our focus will continue to remain on acquiring strategically located land parcels that not only offer high growth potential but also strictly align with the core principles, governance, and ethical standards that we stand for,” Mysore added.

Brigade Group entered the Hyderabad property market with its ‘Brigade at No.7’ project in Banjara Hills, and has since expanded its local portfolio with developments including Brigade Citadel, Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar, alongside a 4 million square foot mixed-use development called Brigade Gateway at Neopolis.

Set up in 1986, Brigade Group operates across several major Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City, spanning residential, office, retail, hospitality and education sectors.
