TCS launches industrial AI solutions lab in Bengaluru
New facility to accelerate AI-led mobility, industrial solutions using NVIDIA AI infrastructure
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions lab in Bengaluru to help enterprises move from pilots to production scale deployment and validation of industrial AI solutions.
The cutting-edge facility, powered by NVIDIA, is being set up at its Global Axis campus in Bengaluru.
The new facility will also serve as a physical AI hub to accelerate the development and real-world deployment of AI-led solutions across mobility and manufacturing using NVIDIA AI Infrastructure, TCS said in a regulatory update.
“This lab harnesses the energy to reimagine what’s possible with AI. By combining NVIDIA’s powerful AI platform with TCS’ industrial autonomy and engineering capabilities, we are creating a space where ideas move rapidly from concept to real-world impact, shaping the future of mobility and industrial systems,” Sreenivasa Chakravarti, Global Head and Vice President of Industrial Autonomy and Engineering at TCS said.

“As we move forward into our next phase and deepen our collaboration, we will build on this momentum into scaled deployment and enterprise-wide transformation for more customers, with confidence and speed,” he added.
The lab will support enterprises in reimagining products, operations and business models by embedding intelligence across the engineering and manufacturing lifecycle. Through TCS’ Industrial Autonomy & Engineering (IA&E) capabilities, customers will be able to integrate AI into products, plants and operational systems to enable intelligent, software-defined, and autonomous enterprises.
The lab will enable customers to leverage TCS’ domain expertise and accelerators to rapidly prototype and simulate use cases across a wide range of industries before deploying them in real-world mobility, manufacturing and industrial operations.
“As enterprises push to operationalise AI across physical operations, they require specialised infrastructure to bridge the gap between simulation and real-world deployment. The lab provides a controlled environment for testing solutions before rollout, reducing deployment risks and improving time-to-market. Through this lab, enterprises can also gain access to NVIDIA’s ecosystem and computing capabilities.
